The service
CoachIntake gives coaches tools to collect applications, organise onboarding, and manage recurring subscriptions through their connected Stripe account. It is software, not a coaching provider, payment provider or medical service.
Coach responsibilities
Coaches are responsible for their services, application questions, pricing, client communication, cancellations, tax obligations and any professional or legal obligations that apply to their coaching business. Coaches must not use CoachIntake for unlawful, misleading or unsafe activity.
Client applications and payments
Submitting an application does not create a coaching agreement or take payment. A coach may accept or decline an application after an onboarding conversation. Client subscriptions are processed by Stripe for the coach's own connected account and are subject to the coach's terms and Stripe's terms.
Fees, renewal and cancellation
Coach subscriptions renew monthly at the price shown at checkout. Stripe processes payment. A coach may cancel through account billing controls; access continues to the end of the paid period unless a serious breach requires earlier suspension. Failed payments receive a short recovery period before access is restricted. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded where they apply, although CoachIntake is intended for business users.
Account security
Keep your login details private, use a strong password, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the platform or its users.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change features where needed for security, law or product improvement. Material changes to paid terms will be notified in advance where reasonably possible.
Liability
CoachIntake does not provide coaching, medical, tax or legal advice and is not responsible for a coach's services. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our total liability relating to the service is limited to fees paid for the preceding 12 months, and we exclude indirect business losses to the extent permitted by law.
Ending or suspending accounts
We may suspend or end access for non-payment, unlawful use, security threats or material breach. Coaches can export relevant records before cancellation where the account remains accessible. Data is then handled under the Privacy Notice and retention schedule.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply elsewhere in the UK.
